Volunteering in the Media Center

The school year has begun with a lot of excitement in the Media Center this year.  I am really looking forward to a great year.  In order to help our Media Center to run so smoothly, we appreciate the help from volunteers.  I will be looking for two sets of volunteers.  The first set will be for people who would like to help with the library circulation.  This will include shelving books, cataloging, and other library duties.  If you are interested in this, please attend a training session on Moday mornings at 9:15.  I would appreciate it if you could email me to let me know you are coming (dkeys@resstpaul.org).  Once you are trained, you may come on Monday mornings from 9:15-10:30 or Wednesday mornings.  We appreciate all of the help!  Don't forget to bring your STAND card.

The other group will be helping me with centers.  I will send out a calendar with the times that I need help.  This will start in a few weeks.  Parents will need to go through the Parents as Partners training for this.  More information about this to come...
